" We worked with Shana to train our border collie puppy, and I can't recommend her enough. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. What we loved the most was how instead of just telling us how to train certain skills, she would explain the reasons behind how dogs learn and why they might be displaying certain behaviours - we learned so much in just a few sessions and understanding the 'why' has helped turn what could be a frustrating experience (training a hyper puppy) into one that was fantastic! She has such a great way of teaching, and I'm not sure who loved the training more - us or our puppy!
